Medicaid

If you have Medicaid assistance and would like to request transportation please call our brokerage company to arrange your transportation. For Allen and Barren call LKLP at 1-800-245-2826. For Monroe County please call RTEC at 1-800-321-7832.

Private Pay

If you are paying with cash, credit or charge continue to step #3.

Medicare

Some Medicare Advantage plans cover transportation through their brokerage company. Contact them direct to determine if you have this coverage or call your brokerage company direct if you know you have transportation coverage.
