We are always on the lookout for the right people to be a part of our team! We have full time and part time driving positions that periodically come available and occasionally need additional help in the office. Our Staff
DTS, Inc. is committed to ensuring that our drivers are properly trained and prepared for situations that they may encounter. We recognize that the clients we serve have special needs and we need to be ready to assist them during transportation.
All of our drivers meet and maintain State required certifications in CPR, First Aid, Blood Borne Pathogens, and Passenger Assistance.
Throughout the year we like to pull our team together and provide additional training in Passenger Assistance. We have learned that the best way to appreciate the situation that our clients are in is to try to put ourselves in their shoes!
We put our drivers in the wheelchair to help show how those bumps on the road actually feel and put blind folds on them to show them what it feels to not be in full control of the environment around them.
